Baked Stuffed Shrimp Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 pc of lemon
Dusting garlic salt
Sprinkling of hot sauce (Tabasco)
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp of butter or margarine; melted
16 pcs of shrimps (large)
1.5 sleeves of cracker (Ritz); crumbled
Instructions:
Clean shrimps, removing the shells and vein. Transfer cleaned shrimp inside a baking dish. In another bowl, combine together Ritz crackers, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire, salt and butter.
Layer the stuffing over the shrimps then pop in the oven for fifteen minutes (400 degrees F). Serve lemon slices on the side.
