Baked Stuffed Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
Parmesan; grated
1 Tbsp of wine (sherry)
1 c of milk
2 Tbsps of flour
2 Tbsps of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of mustard (dry)
1 c of crab meat (fresh)
6 Tbsps of butter; segregated
1 pc of pepper (green); diced
1 pc of onion (medium); diced
Paprika
Instructions:
Clean shrimps, remove shells and heads, leave the tails on. Slice shrimp in the middle so that it opens flat.
Saute the onion then peppers using four tablespoons margarine/butter ’till onions run clear. Throw in your crab, mustard, mayo, salt then Worcestershire. Set it aside.
Whip a white sauce with two tablespoons margarine/butter, milk and flour. Mix in with your crab then add sherry. Blend thoroughly.
Stuff crab mixture into the shrimps, close sides then brush with some butter. Dust with paprika and Parmesan. Arrange shrimps inside a baking dish then bake half an hour (350 degrees F).
