Broiled Sea Scallops Recipe
Ingredients:
Bread crumbs; buttered
1 lb of scallops
2 Tbsps of parsley; chopped
1 clove of garlic; crushed
1 Tbsp of oil (vegetable)
1/2 c of vermouth (dry)
Instructions:
Mix together vermouth, oil, garlic and parsley. Marinate scallops in mixture then keep in the fridge for an hour. Place in four individual baking dishes then broil three minutes.
Dust with crumbs then broil three more minutes. Good for four.
