Broiled Shrimp in Beer Recipe
Ingredients:
Juice from 1/2 pc of lemon
1/2 c of water
24 pcs of shrimps (large)
1/4 tsp of salt (sea salt)
1 Tbsp of parsley
1 Tbsp of shallots
1 tsp of garlic
6 Tbsps of butter (softened, sweet)
Instructions:
Preset broiler. Mix together butter and juice from half a lemon, salt, then the garlic, parsley and shallots. Clean and remove shells from shrimps then slice lengthways making sure to leave its tail attached.
Flatten shrimp then layer in baking dish. Brush the shrimps generously with butter sauce then decant water inside the baking dish. Place in your broiler to cook for four minutes.
Transfer shrimps onto serving platters the decant the sauce on top of cooked shrimps. Best served hot.
