Broiled Shrimp in Beer Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of shrimps (fresh)
1/2 tsp of freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of garlic (powder form)
2 tsps of mustard (dry)
1 Tbsp of parsley (fresh); chopped
1 Tbsp of chives; minced
2 c of beer
Instructions:
Clean shrimps and remove shells. Leave the tails on. Mix together beer together with chives, parsley, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate shrimps in mixture then keep in the fridge overnight.
The following morning, drain shrimps then broil for two minutes per side. Best served while hot.
