Buffalo-Style Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
French loaf (bread)
Salad dressing (blue cheese)
2 stalks of celery; cut in cubes
1 lb of shrimps (large); shells removed & de-veined
1/3 c of butter; melted
1/3 c of hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot)
Instructions:
Mix together butter and hot sauce. Skew celery and shrimps through individual skewers. Transfer to a baking pan.
Decant butter mixture on top of the shrimp kebabs, place a cover then keep in the fridge for half an hour. Broil shrimps ’till colors become pink. Reheat remainder of the butter sauce then decant over the kebabs.
Best served alongside blue cheese dressing with a slice of French baguette/bread.
