Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs of peeled large shrimps; deveined
1 tsp of salt
3 chopped scallions
1 Tbsp of dried sherry
3 Tbsps of oil (peanut)
5 garlic cloves; sliced thinly
2 tsps of oil (sesame)
Instructions:
Heat one large fry pan & placed over its highest control heat. You add garlic, oil & salt then toss quickly. Have the shrimps added, tossing constantly ’til bright-orange in color.
You add sesame-oil & scallions then stir. Pour over sherry then have your pan covered. You turn heat off then serve at once.

Jerk Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of shrimp (large); peeled then deveined
1 Tbsp of oil (olive oil)
1 Tbsp of butter
2 tsps of seasoning (jerk)

Instructions:

Ingredients:
12 pcs of oysters
9 pcs of eggs
Flour
Fine crumbs (cracker)
3 Tbsps of butter
Instructions:
Drain the oysters onto paper towel(s). Place the flour on a bowl then season salt & pepper. Beat one egg on another bowl and place the crumbs on another bowl. Dip the oysters onto the seasoned flour, then onto egg and dip onto crumbs.

Ingredients:
2 lbs of fresh cleaned shrimps
2 & 1/2 Tbsps of cornstarch
1/4 c of sugar (granulated)

Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1 lb of crab meat
1/2 c of celery; chopped
1/4 c of bell pepper (green); chopped finely

Instructions:

Instructions:

Ritzy Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
Large shrimps
Butter
1 pack of crackers (Ritz)

Instructions:
You split shrimps through its shell in its rounded portion but don’t remove its shell yet. When every shrimp has been done splitting you pull & separate meat away from shell then you lay these shrimps back into its shell.
Arrange them on bake pan then brush w/ mixture of butter & garlic. Have crackers crushed finely then sprinkle these over shrimps. Pour extra garlic cloves over shrimps. Freeze ’til ready to use.
Bake shrimps in preheated four hundred degrees Fahrenheit oven ’til crumbs are browned.

Cilantro Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
Slices of lemon
2 Tbsps of cilantro (fresh); snipped
16 pcs of shrimp (large); shells removed & deveined
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable)

Instructions:

Bay Scallops with Scallions Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of lemon; cut in wedges
3 Tbsps of parsley (fresh); minced
1/3 c of wine (dry, white)
1 bunch of scallions; sliced finely

Instructions:
Saute scallops. Season using pepper. Scallops are done when browned on all sides.

Ingredients:
24 pcs of large shrimp (fresh); rinsed
12 oz of butter
1 Tbsp of garlic (pureed)

Ingredients:
Freshly cracked black pepper
Dust of onion salt
1 tsp of parsley (fresh); minced
1/3 c of bread crumbs; seasoned

1.5 lbs of scallops (bay); halved
Instructions:
