Southern Shrimp Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of butter
8 oz of sourcream
1 lb of peeled & deveined shrimps
1 can of cream-of-shrimp soup
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of pepper
1-2 Tabasco dashes
1/2 tsp of garlic seasoning
Rice; cooked

Instructions:

You melt the butter in 2-qt saucepan then you saute the shrimps ’til done. You add in rest of the ingredients excluding rice then cook mixture over low-heat for 15 mins. Serve on top of rice.

Shrimp Elegant Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tbsps of butter
1 clove garlic; minced
1/3 c of finely-chopped onions
1 can of mushrooms (sliced); drained
1 lb of peeled & deveined frozen shrimps
1/2 c of chopped bellpepper (green)
1 can of condensed Cheddar-cheese soup
1/4 c of dried sherry
1/3 c of half-and-half

Instructions:

Have butter melted in larges-sized saucepan then you saute the bellpepper, mushrooms, garlic & onions ’til tender. You add the shrimps & saute for 5-7 mins.

You drain excess liquid off then pour over soup, blending graduallt the wine & half-and-half. Stir often while cooking ’til thoroughly heated. Best when served w/ rice.

Barbecue Shrimp Recipe


Barbecue Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of black pepper (store bought)
2 tsps of paprika
1/2 lb of butter
1.5 lbs of butter (unsalted)
1/4 c of lime juice
6 lbs of shrimps (Gulf); heads left on
2 pcs of Laurel leaves
2 cloves of garlic; crushed

Instructions:

Preset oven (300 degrees F).

Scrape sides and base of your baking dish with garlic. Position the two pieces of Laurel leaves on the base of your baking dish. Clean and dry shrimps then layer shrimps on the base of your baking dish on top the Laurel leaves.

Pour lime juice over shrimps. Cube butter then dot it over the shrimps, dust with paprika and pepper (black) so that the entire top layer is colored black.

Pop inside your oven fifteen minutes until shrimps turn pink. Transfer shrimps onto soup dishes, pour sauce over then place a slice of bread on the side.

Shrimp Hurry Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 & 1/ lbs of small shrimps (raw); peeled & deveined
10 & 3/4 oz of cream-of-shrimp soup
2 Tbsps of butter
10 & 3/4 oz of cream-of-mushroom soup
1 & 1/2 tsps of powdered curry
3/4 c of sourcream
Rice
2 Tbsps of chopped parsley

Instructions:

Have shrimps cooked over low-heat in heated butter ’til done, stir frequently. You add the soups & stir ’til blended thoroughly.

Add parsley, powdered curry & sourcream, stir continuously ’til hot & then you serve at once over rice.

Puttin’ on the Ritz Scallops Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb bay-scallops
3/4 tsp of garlic seasoning
1/4 lb of crackers (Ritz)
3/4 tsp of oregano
A can of cream-of-mushroom soup
3/4 tsp of thyme
Paprika
2/3 c of milk

Instructions:

Have oven preheated to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix milk & soup in 9″ rounded dish then set it aside.

You break one-third of crackers then add 1/3 spices. Have on-half of scallops coated w/ prepared mixture then transfer into dish w/ soup-mixture. Do the seam for the rest of scallops.

Have the rest of crackers broken finely into pieces the mix w/ rest of spices. You sprinkle this mixture over scallops & then sprinkle w/ paprika.

Have dish baked for 30-35 mins then serve w/ rice.

Ingredients:

4 oz of canned tuna
1/2 c of instant oats
1/4 can of cream-of-mushroom soup
1/4 c of minced onion
1 large egg
Cracker-crumbs
3 tsps juice of lemon
2 Tbsps of butter
1/3 c of milk
3/4-can cream-of-mushroom soup
2 Tbsps of mayonnaise

Instructions:

Combine juice of lemon, egg, onion, oats, 1/4 cream-of-mushroom soup & tuna. Shape into eight patties. You roll them in crumbs & have them fried in heated butter.

You mix mayonnaise, milk, & 3/4-can soup. Have mixture heated then pour this over cooked patties.

Crescent Tuna Bake Recipe


Crescent Tuna Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

8 pcs of dinner rolls (crescent)
1/2 c of onions; chopped
1 c of cheese; grated
6 oz of tuna (canned); drained
10 oz of canned soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c of milk

Instructions:

Combine onion, cheese, half the soup, and tuna then mix thoroughly. Unroll the dinner rollls and split them apart. Drop 2-3 tablespoonfuls of mixture onto the wide area of the rolls. Roll them up like a “crescent roll”.

Arrange onto baking dish. Combine the rest of soup and milk; pour onto the rolls. Place the dish inside the oven at 345 degrees F and bake for 45-60 mins till bubbling and browned.

Easy Creamed Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

30 oz of canned soup (cream of shrimp)
1-1/2 tsps of curry (powder)
3 c of sour cream (dairy)
1-1/2 lbs of shrimps; cooked then peeled

Instructions:

Combine soup, curry, sour cream, and shrimp inside the bain-marie above moderate heat; mix thoroughly and let it heat thoroughly. Serve hot over cooked rice.
