Clam Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
1 c of crumbs (soda crackers)
1 lb of sausage (pork); grounded
2 whole eggs
1 can of clams; diced
Instructions:
Clean and drain the clams. Dice finely. Mix together, clams, soda cracker crumbs, eggs, ground pork, salt and pepper.
Place inside a bread pan then bake for forty minutes (350 degrees F). Best served hot.
