Clams Casino Recipe II
Ingredients:
5 slices of bacon; crushed to bits
1 c of crumbs (bread); seasoned
1/2 c of butter; melted
1/2 tsp of hot sauce
1/2 tsp of garlic (powder form)
1/2 c of pimiento; minced
1/4 c of onion; diced
1/2 c of pepper (green); minced
3 cans of clams; diced
Instructions:
Preset oven (450 degrees F).
Separate clams from its juices. Set the juice aside. Mix the remaining ingredients including a bit of the juice of the clam. Place mixture in a baking dish then bake for an hour until firm. Best served alongside crackers.
