Clams Casino Recipe
Ingredients:
Paprika
1/4 c of parsley; minced finely
2 Tbsps of Parmesan
1/2 tsp of oregano
4 pcs of bacon slices; crushed to bits
1 c of crumbs (bread)
2 pcs of garlic cloves; minced
1/4 c of pepper (green); minced finely
1/2 c of onion; minced
1 Tbsp of butter
2 Tbsps of olive oil
24 pcs of clams (Cherystone)

Instructions:
Preset oven (450 degrees F).
Clean clams thoroughly, and throw away clams that have opened up. Place in a baking dish then bake ’till clams open up, throwing away those that didn’t open.
Peel off meat inside then mince. Reserve half of the number of shells left. Saute the onions, garlic and pepper. Turn off fire then transfer onions to a bowl.
Add the crumbs, oregano, bacon bits, Parmesan then clams. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture onto clam shells the dust with paprika and parsley.
Pour a small amount of olive oil over then bake seven minutes ’till nicely golden. Best served hot.
