Crab Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
1 c of vermouth (dry)
10 oz of canned broth (chicken)
2 Tbsps of parsley; chopped
2 Tbsps of garlic; minced
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1 tsp of sugar (granulated)
2 pcs of cooked crabs; cleaned then cracked
1/4 c of vermouth (dry)
Instructions:
Melt the butter inside the pan then add broth and one cup of vermouth; stir thoroughly. Add garlic, parsley, juice, sugar, and soy; let boil, covered. Once boiling, reduce the heat then let it simmer for 10 mins.
Add the crabs then let it simmer, covered, till heated thoroughly. Add another quarter cup of vermouth. Serve hot with a crusty (French) bread along with fruits and cheese.
