Lemon Chili Shrimp Sticks Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of ginger (fresh, 1/2-inch); peeled then grated
2 pcs of garlic cloves (medium); peeled then crushed
2 Tbsps of cilantro; chopped finely
1/2 Tbsps of chili sauce (hot, Chinese)
1 Tbsp of soy sauce (light)
1 Tbsp of honey (pure)
3 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
20 pcs of skewers (wooden)
20 pcs of shrimp (medium); peeled then deveined
Instructions:
Combine ginger, garlic, cilantro, honey, juice, and (chili and soy) sauces inside a glass bowl. Add shrimp then toss till coated well. Place inside the refrigerator for one hour, covered.
Preheat broiler. Thread 1-2 shrimps per skewer; place them on a (broiler) pan. Broil for 3 mins per side till pink; turn once to cook other side. Serve at once.
