Shrimp Amandine Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of shelled raw shrimps
1/4 c juice of lemon
1/4 c of oil (olive)
3 Tbsps of butter
1/2 c of chopped almonds (blanched)
1 garlic cloves; cut into half
Dashes of hot-sauce
Hot rice; cooked
2 Tbsps of wine (white)
Instructions:
Have shrimps marinated in juice & oil for 2 hrs. You remove the shrimps then reserve the sauce. You saute the shrimps in garlic & butter ’til pink in color.
You remove the garlic then transfer shrimps into warmed plate. Add the marinade & almonds into butter that’s in your skillet.
Then add the wine & hot-sauce. Simmer for 2-3 mins then pour sauce over plate of hot shrimps.
