Shrimp Broiled with Rosemary Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs of jumbo shrimps
1/4 c fresh juice of lemon
4 Tbsps of extra-virgin oil (olive)
Salt
Ground pepper (black)
2 Tbsps of fresh chopped leaves of rosemary
Instructions:
Preheat your broiler. Have shrimps deveined w/o cutting shells along its back then create a small slit into its flesh using a paring-knife. Transfer shrimps in shallow bake dish then arrange in 1 layer.
You add oil, rosemary & juice, season w/ pepper & salt. Toss well then spread shrimps evenly over dish. You broil the shrimps for about 5 mins ’til pink.
Prior to serving, you toss shrimps into juices coming out seasoned w/ salt.
