Shrimp Curry Recipe II
Ingredients:
3 chopped scallops
1 garlic clove; minced
4 Tbsps of butter
2 Tbsps of powdered curry
3 Tbsps of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of ginger powder
1 c of light-cream
1 c of chicken broth
1 lb of cooked shrimps
2 Tbsps fresh juice of lemon
Instructions:
Saute the garlic & onions in melted butter ’til soft. Then sprinkle w/ ginger powder, curry & flour. Stir & cook about 3 mins.
You add the chicken broth gradually, followed by the cream. Stir while cooking ’til blended & thickened. You add the shrimps & juice then season accordingly.
