Shrimp Curry Recipe III
Ingredients:
2 lbs of shrimps
1 c of light-cream
2 c of thick cream
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 c of minced peppers (green)
2 c of onions minced
1/4 c of powdered curry
1/2 c of butter
1/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
3 c of chicken broth
Instructions:
Place shrimps in medium bowl then add the creams & salt. You toss the mixture then chill w/ cover.
You saute the garlic, peppers & onions in saucepan ’til soft. Then add the flour & powdered curry cooking for 15 mins ’til thickened. You pour cream & shrimps into a colander then set it over large bowl. Drain for 5 mins.
You remove the shrimps & add the cream onto saucepan, stir ’til thick. Let sauce simmer for 30 mins then add the shrimps at the last five minutes of cooking.
