Shrimp Florentine Recipe
Ingredients:
10 oz of frozen spinach; chopped
3 lbs of cooked medium shrimps; shelled & deveined
1 c of flour
1/4 c of butter
3 c of skimmed milk
1/2 c of scallions; chopped
1 c of dry wine (white)
Pepper
Paprika
Salt
2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven into three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. You thaw & drain the spinach then spread it into 13×9″ bake dish then top w/ shrimps.
Have butter melted in small saucepan the add flour, add gradually scallions, wine & milk. Stir while cooking over low-heat ’til sauce is bubbly & thick.
Season w/ pepper, paprika & salt. Have this mixture poured over shrimps then sprinkle w/ cheese. Have dish baked w/o cover for about 35 mins ’til bubbly.
