Shrimp in Mustard Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of large shrimps; shelled & deveined
1 minced shallot
2 Tbsps of veggie oil
3 Tbsps of dry wine (white)
1 Tbsp of Dijon-style mustard w/ seed
1/2 c of heavy whipped cream
Salt
Instructions:
Place skillet on top of mid-heat then cook the shallot about 5 mins in heated oil, stir often.
Adjust to mid-high heat then add the shrimps.Cook about 5 mins ’til pick in color. Transfer shrimps into bowl then add dry wine into drippings left in your skillet.
Let mixture cook about 2 mins over mid-heat then add the mustard & cream, continue cooking about 2 mins. Put shrimps back into skillet then stir ’til thoroughly heated. Season accordingly.
