Shrimp Marinara Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of fresh shrimps
1/4 c of celery; chopped
2 Tbsp of veggie oil
1/4 tsp of garlic-salt
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of oregano
1/8 tsp of cayenne-pepper
1/2 tsp of basil
1/4 tsp of sugar
2 Tbsps of parsley; chopped
Rice (fluffy-style)
3 & 1/2 c of tomatoes in can
Instructions:
Have shrimps shelled & cleaned then set them aside. Have the oil heated in large-sized skillet then add the celery; cooking ’til tender.
You then add rest of the ingredients except rice then cook it over low-heat for half an hour ’til liquid gets reduced & mixture thickens.
You add the shrimps into skillet. Cook w/ cover for 3-5 mins then serve w/ heated rice.
