Shrimp Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of onions; minced
1 & 1/2 lbs of raw shrimps; shelled
5 Tbsps of butter
1/2 lb of fresh quartered mushrooms
1 Tbsp of flour
Pepper
1 & 1/4 tsps of salt
1 & 1/2 c of sourcream
Cooked rice (yellow)
Quartered artichoke-hearts
Instructions:
Have onions sauteed w/ 1/4 c butter ’til softened. You add the shrimps & saute about 3-5 mins ’til cooked. You transfer the mixture into hot dish then keep it warm.
Using that skillet, you saute the mushrooms over high-heat ’til browned. Then sprinkle w/ flour then cook while stirring about 2 mins. You reduce to moderate-low heat then add shrimp-mixture, pepper, salt & sourcream.
Stir while cooking for 2-3 mins ’til heated thoroughly. Best when serve w/ rice & artichokes
